Cashreg follows daily cashbook work in the store and monthly handover to your accountant.
01 — Every day
Postings, IN and OUT, running balance and close the day. Where enabled: less retyping via photo import from your till overview. Always the correct date (Europe/Brussels).
02 — Handoff
Mark when your period is ready for your accountant to review. Until they close the period, you can still adjust entries.
03 — In Exact
Journal CSV and other reports for Exact. After close, the period is locked.
Less retyping
Enter the Deposit+ amount from your other screen, then photograph the Proxy screen «Financial report - Overview». Payment methods (Bancontact, Payconiq, …) are proposed; daily takings IN is calculated. You always review before booking.
